resonanzgeflechte

"Resonanzgeflechte" was a series of photos by Ute Klein.
(it's somehow translated like: resonancenetting - two or more resonating bodies melt or net together to one resonating body. she used that to symbolize the process or feeling of unity in a relationship and showed up very many ways of people kissing and - on the picture - melting to one)

it was truly inspiring to me
but what kind of disturbed me was that journalistic brutality of her pictures: always centering the objects, do a clean, sharp shot and leave.
I think that she got a realy good point in her work
but she could've gone further over the time and get a little progress to it.

a resonancenetting of not only a couple, but also within a microcosm of their own - a room for example - a room they build to shut everyone else out.
- I chose a blanket for this picture
as it is often used to create an own room.

What I realy love about that Romeo & Juliet movie is that scene where they hide under the blanket from daybreak, so they can pretend it's nightfall.
They try to distort reality and in order to do this, they create a world of their own.

Truly interesting topic.
